Training

SOMA training programs are designed to help service providers leverage their internal operational resources to the fullest. SOMA offers targeted training courses for both technical and sales audiences:

Installation and maintenance courses focus on the needs of the field operations and network operations center (NOC) teams. These courses include installation, maintenance and provisioning for all SOMA base stations; core network server installation and provisioning; and RF engineering courses specifically tailored to SOMA-based networks.

CPE and overview courses are geared for sales teams, customer service representatives and other personnel who interact with subscribers.

All courses combine classroom and hands-on instruction to enhance their effectiveness. In addition, SOMA offers:
